All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and include GST.
Registration fees are based on the date of receipt of payment (not the registration date).

Conference Dinner
(Thursday 7 November)
*Included for Full Registration attendees. Limited seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Register early to secure your spot.

For Student and Consumer Registration types and One Day Registration, individuals will be placed on a waiting list for the dinner.

Full Registration includes

  • entry to all sessions, including morning and afternoon teas and lunches on both days.
  • name badge and conference app which includes program, speaker information, and abstracts.
  • access to display stands and sponsors over the two days.
  • access to the Poster Sessions.
  • Dinner on Thursday 7 November (subject to seating availability).
  • access to on-demand recordings post-conference.

Day Registration includes:

  • entry to all sessions on your nominated day, including morning and afternoon tea and lunch.
  • name badge and conference app which includes program, speaker information, and abstracts.
  • access to display stands and sponsors on your nominated day.
  • access to the Poster Sessions on your nominated day.
  • access to on-demand recordings post-meeting.

Please note accommodation cannot be booked as part of the registration process. If travelling to attend the conference, please book your preferred accommodation directly.
A confirmation email and tax invoice will be emailed to you within a few minutes of registering. If you do not receive this email, please contact the conference organisers.

Registration fees can be paid securely online using MasterCard or Visa, either now during registration or by selecting the option to pay later. Simply select your preferred method of payment when you reach the payment page. Note that payments will appear as Expert Events on your credit card statement.

Cancellations must be advised in writing to the Conference Organiser. Registration cancellations received by Friday 20 September 2024 will a receive a refund of the registration fee paid, less an administrative charge of $60.

Registration fees will not be refunded after Friday 20 September 2024 unless extenuating circumstances apply and will be at the discretion of the Organising Committee. Eligible refunds will be issued after the conclusion of the conference.

Registrations are transferable to a colleague at any time prior to the conference provided the Event Organiser is advised in writing.
